Holistic Context Experience

The Studio brings together powerful tools that help users create impactful cold call openers and strengthen product knowledge. The Holistic Context Experience unifies learning within the Studio into the Chat. It uses performance metrics and insights from Client Role Play and the Practice Gym to deliver personalized coaching and actionable feedback throughout the session.

IBM Sales Cloud (ISC) Integration

Under Session Context, users can access ISC data to pull relevant account or opportunity details. This brings in key client information, product and solution context, sales enablement assets, and integrated insights. ISC Integration allows each watsonx Workshop session to be guided by the most relevant, accurate, and up-to-date data available.
